What Information Do We Collect?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the Opt-Ins and Subscriptions section of your account. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production if you choose to opt-out of emailed communications.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
How do you handle disputes?

We will work with you to provide as timely and satisfactory resolution to issue as soon as possible. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by the two parties, a neutral third-party will be brought in to mediate a resolution.
In the event that no other alternative is found, disputes may be resolved in accordance with State of Wyoming law. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the District Court of Teton County, Jackson, Wyoming.
