My love and enjoyment for cooking and baking delicious breads, bagels, cakes, and pastries for family and friends inspired me to start e.leaven Food Company. Incorporating the first initial of my name with the creative process of bread making was a perfect fit and the term “e.leaven” was born to be the name of my restaurant.
In 2008, my dream of e.leaven Food Company came to fruition, opening its doors in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. As recognition grew, I began looking towards expansion into a major metropolitan area, with our second location slated to open in downtown Chicago in the summer of 2009.
e.leaven Food Company’s fare is specifically designed to complement our fresh baked goods created each day by e.leaven’s artisans… unique salads, an exceptional variety of eggs and omelets, hearty deli style sandwiches, pancakes and stuffed french toast. Our commitment to our customers is to utilize the finest and freshest ingredients along with specially selected coffees and teas. The e.leaven experience is about enjoying authentic food in an inviting atmosphere, where one can sit and savor a remarkably unique idea for breakfast and lunch.
